Shipping & Orders
  • We ship to customers in Nigeria, Australia,Dubai, United Kingdom, Netherland, Cameroon, Ghana, Liberia, South Africa, USA, & Canada. Sign up for our email to be the first to know of other expansions!

  • We make every effort to process your order within 24 working hours.

    However, during high volume season like when we have a sale, please allow 5-7 business days for item to be processed and shipped

    We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.

    Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order after it has been shipped.

    If there are shipping delays, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

    *Please note: shipping delays are completely out of our control.

  • Shipping costs vary based on your country and selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We ship with GIG logistics and DHL for local and international deliveries

  • When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. Please track package on GIG logistics or DHL website

  • This is the most common delivery issue! We find that most of the time your order was delivered to your security man , front office or parcel locker, accidentally delivered to a neighbor. Please reconfirm if anyone received on your behalf

  • For shipment outside Nigeria, DHL can sometimes require custom duty to be paid. The money is not remitted to us and we are unable to determine the amount to be charged. Custom duties are mandatory in some countries

Returns. Refunds & Exchanges
  • We have a very small window to make order edits! Please send us a DM on Instagram @thefreshcookielabco or email us at thefreshcookielab@gmail.com with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible. 

  • If you received the wrong item(s), are missing items, or if there was an issue with your delivery, including damaged products, please let us know within 24hrs of recieving your item and we'll work to correct the problem!


  • Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality safety protocols and sensitive nature of products we sell, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse.

  • Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 2 hours after you place your order to thefreshcookielab@gmail.com there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time!
